How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches Harrisseemed Mold Help should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Harrisseemed Mold Help
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we matched you with

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Harrisseemed Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@harrisseemed.garden and include:

  • Your name and the preferred way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like from us

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help too.
